Email Addresses
The general user viewing this site, does not login, so is not a Weebly Site Member. We use Google Analytics to track site usage and Weebly also has analytics - this does not identify individual email addresses, but may give IP numbers (which for many users will change randomly, but for corporate users may be tied to their company). It will also give the device and browser used, as well as some geographical information.
SpiritCare does not place specific cookies on your device, but cookies may come from Weebly. If you don't want cookies on your device, then you can set your browser to reject them. Your mobile device will also have options that you can set when using a browsing app. Weebly uses Flurry and Google Analytics. This website has forms where we collect email addresses. If you fill in a form, we may use your email address to contact you. We will not sell your email address. We may pass your email address on to a Team Leader who may use the email address to contact you about serving SpiritCare.
We use Google's G Suite and some Google Apps. We use G Suite to store application forms, manage our emails, store documents that might contain your email address (for example, a list of volunteers and their contact information) and administer SpiritCare Ministry to Seniors.
When you look at something on the web, the web browser may store information like cookies. Our site is built on Weebly. Our site may contain videos on Google's YouTube, Google calendars, Google maps and other features, where Google's privacy policy applies.
For our events we may in the future use a system like Google Groups, MailChimp, Eventbrite, Paperless Post or Evite to send you an invitation using your email address.

- Weebly's Privacy Policy - https://www.weebly.com/privacy- has extensive information for how to opt-out of seeing ads - we have a subscription that removes Weebly ads from our site. " Unless we have your permission, we do not share, sell, rent, or trade personal information with third parties for their promotional purposes."
- Google's Privacy Policy - https://privacy.google.com and http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/ - depends on Google's many apps, your choices and settings. The SpiritCare domain administrator can reset passwords, set email aliases and forwarding addresses and manage users, as well as other administrative tasks for users with an email address at spiritcareministry.org (aliased to spiritc.org and carespirit.org).
- Google Groups - http://www.google.com/googlegroups/privacy_changes.html - "The owners of a Google Group decide who is in the group and whether a discussion is public or restricted. As such, groups may include people you do not know. Use care when posting personal information in a group." We may use groups to determine who has access to certain parts of Google Drive.
- Mail Chimp - https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/ - we may use this to contact you. "Consistent with the uses of Personal Information covered in Section 6, we may transfer Personal Information of you or your Subscribers to companies that help us promote, provide, or support our Services or the services of our Members (“Service Providers”).....We may share this information, including Subscriber email addresses, with third parties in line with the approved uses in Section 6. If you are a Subscriber and no longer want to be contacted by one of our Members, please unsubscribe directly from that Member’s newsletter or contact the Member directly to update or delete your data. If you contact us, we may remove or update your information within a reasonable time and after providing notice to the Member of your request." At the bottom of each message from Mail Chimp is the option to Unsubscribe.
- Eventbrite - privacy policy - used to register people for our 30th Anniversary event (for people without emails we create a dummy address at our domain, as Eventbrite requires you to have an email) - when you register you give Eventbrite the information on the registration form - they may then use this information with third parties, for example to check a credit card validity. "We will not sell your Personal Data to third parties, including third party advertisers."
- Paperless Post - https://www.paperlesspost.com/info/terms/privacy/privacy_policy - Currently, not used. Other than as described in this Privacy Policy or with your prior consent, Paperless Post will not sell or otherwise intentionally disclose your guest contact information to any third party.
- Evite - http://www.evite.com/content/privacy_policy - shares emails with third parties - "visit http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp and http://www.aboutads.info/choices to opt out in desktop and mobile web browsers. You may download the AppChoices app at www.aboutads.info/appchoices to opt out in mobile apps."
- Amazon.com - we use links to books and products occasionally that are part of Amazon's Associate program. If you buy from one of these links it will generate a small amount that will be donated to SpiritCare. See Amazon's page on affiliate programs.
- Salesforce - we keep contact information in Salesforce. We don't sell our lists. The contact information we add to Salesforce may include publicly available links on LinkedIn, Facebook, websites and other data. For example, phone numbers and email addresses may be added from sites like https://www.fastpeoplesearch.com/. We don't sell contact information - it is so we can contact you if necessary. Salesforce has an option to mark your contact preferences - so you can opt out of our emails.
