Sunrise Redwood City

Sunrise Redwood City is a new community at the corner of El Camino Real and East Selby Lane, near Atherton. Rev Terry Burris, accompanied by Kathryn Perry on the piano, started offering SpiritCare services there on Friday August 5th. SpiritCare services will be held there monthly at 9:45 am on the first Friday of the month.

On June 30th, 2022, Sunrise Redwood City hosted a Senior Round Table breakfast and gave tours. The facility is still accepting residents for Assisted Living and Memory Care (Reminiscence). The community has a Bistro and Dining Room, as well as a Private Dining Room for residents and their guests. It has sitting areas, activity room, cinema, hair salon, exercise room and a roof garden.

Residents had planted marigolds in raised beds on the roof. The roof garden also had sitting areas with parasols as illustrated here.

Suites can be shared by two people, each with separate bedrooms and a small shared living area. There are 90 apartments in the building and it is licensed for 127 residents.​
